Ducks Rest is the first plot of the two and is nearing completion. Ducks Rest is a spacious Traditional Brick and Block build with 4 large bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Ducks Rest lies within a rural area directly between Marden and Staplehurst in Kent, which means it is within close proximity to mainline train stations as well as being in the Cranbrook catchment area.
Ducks Rests interior consists of beautiful traditional oak beams and some oak finishes, but has a general contemporary feel throughout the stunning building.
The magnificent oak front door, takes you through to the entrance hall which directs you to each room on the ground floor. The kitchen and breakfast area includes an immaculate finish with bi-folding doors out into the garden area. The lounge area also includes bi-folding doors which overlook the garden along with its' own inglenook fire place.
The build also has a dining room for more personal occasions, alongside a study to accommodate your own organisation. The utility room can be used for the laundry, as well as hosting additional storage space.
